ibis Winterthur City

We stayed at this hotel during a conference and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a productive and relaxing stay. The staff was professional and attentive, always ready to assist. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get to the conference venue. The amenities, including a well-equipped lobby and delicious meals, added to the comfort. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

A step up from economy and very small room, but it was perfect for what we needed. We were arriving in the city after flying from the US, and needed a quick shower before meeting family for the evening. We were departing early the following morning. The beds were comfortable with soft linens, and the bathroom was functional and very clean. The breakfast included was excellent - many of our traditional Swiss favorites. The value for the room and experience was also excellent.

what I like about Ibis is that you always know what you're getting for the (low) price. Very, very small room, but clean and modern, friendly staff, good essential breakfast and decent position. Not ideal for a long stay maybe, but for a few days it's perfect.

I liked they were prepared to safekeep our luggage for the last day when our trip back was only in evening.

Shuhrat at the reception desk was exceptionally careful about our comfort. She cares genuinely about customer well being. Thanks a lot.
